Embryo Transfer Today :)

Hi, today is the big day of the embryo transfer.  I am so excited!!  Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers that this transfer will be successful.  My Intended Parents so deserve to be parents and I am hopeful it will happen today!  I thank all of you for supporting my blog and coming on this amazing journey of love with me.  I will know in 2 weeks if the embryos took, so fingers crossed!  I love you all!!!

Started Medication

Hi Everyone!!  I am sorry it has taken so long for me to start writing again, but I had to go through some pretty tough things.  My body wasn't getting back to normal after the last pregnancy which was in June, my Uterus wasn't returning to its normal size;  my Doctor was getting concerned.  We decided to do surgery so he could go inside and look around with a camera and see if anything looked suspicious, scrap it out and biopsy it.  Well, the results finally came back and everything looks back to normal and now as of January 9th, I started the meds. Yay!! The process has started!  It looks like my transfer will be sometime in the second week of Feburary and I am so excited for the Intended Parents.  They have gone through a few other surrogates over a few years and I believe and feel I am going to give them the little miracle they so deserve!!!
So, starting meds means.....as of right now every morning around 8:30am I take 2 units of Lupron.  This is an injection that I give myself in my tummy.  We are now waiting for me to start my period for the next phase.  I will keep you all posted as to when my meds change and increase......I can just say I am so elated to have finally began this journey!!!  What an amazing way to begin 2012!!!
